Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

Each consignor is limited to 250 items per code. Bring your best & make more $$ on payday! We will limit hanging INFANT ITEMS (newborn to 9mo) to 50 items. This does not include items like bottles and bibs, just hanging items. Junior Sized clothing (above size 18, 25 items for GIRL Juniors & no more than 5 jeans & 5 dresses per consignor). No limits on BOY Juniors per consignor. We are also limiting SHOES to 15 for girls (no limits on boys shoes) per consignor - so pick your best! Size 7+ teen girl shoes - only 8 per consignor. No heels or pumps in those larger sizes. No Maternity clothing, Prom or Formal Dresses. We also do not accept Bedding (except for crib sheets, pack n play sheets, and blankets). We accept Elvie, Willow, MomCozy and Spectra Breast Pumps only. As always, we encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. (A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality and marked too high).

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Label Pick-Up Options - We print them for you free of charge. You must get your labels before our Check-In Days by either getting them mailed to you for $5.50 added to your fee OR by taking advantage of an Early Barcode Label Pick up day (watch emails for date specifics). Being labeled before you arrive for check-in is required. So, make plans to pick them up! You can also print your barcode labels at home, but they MUST be printed in COLOR. Be sure to use the proper size labels and follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home and then bring your pre-labeled items on Drop Off Days.

Can I bring my spouse or mother with me to the Pre-Sale Event?

Yes! Each Pre-Sale ticket admits you and 1 guest. Please note: your child DOES count as your 1 guest unless they are in a stroller or can be worn. Your Consignor Pass is free, but you also have the option to purchase an earlier shopping ticket. Our consignors have worked hard to earn this special shopping privilege and we want to honor them.

Can I bring children to the Pre-Sale?

We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale because it is such a busy shopping night. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night out. If you do bring your child, they count as your one guest unless they are in a stroller or can be worn.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell.

Are you accepting drop side cribs?

Due to the latest recall regulations by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, we will NOT be accepting ANY drop side cribs. We will also not accept any cribs manufactured before JUNE 2010. Your child's safety is very important to us!

Use children's plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use adult plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above. No wire hangers, please - they can snag and tear clothing! You are welcome to use the plastic hangers that stores use.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important! Then ziptie or tape the ziploc to the larger toy item to keep all pieces together.

When I sell items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We suggest you bring a laundry basket or a wagon with your name on it. You can also bring a stroller. Large bags will need to be checked at the door.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $4.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziplock bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!

I don't smoke, but my husband does, what if there is a small amount of smoke odor in my children's clothing that I am bringing to sell?

We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
