Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

NEW! Each consignor is limited to 300 items per code. Bring your best & make more $$ on payday! We will limit hanging INFANT ITEMS (newborn to 9mo) to 50 items. This does not include items like bottles and bibs, just hanging items. We will also limit MATERNITY CLOTHING to 15 items per consignor. Junior Sized clothing (above size 18, 25 items per consignor per gender). As always, we encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. (A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality and marked too high).

Can I bring my husband or mother with me to the Pre-Sale Event?

YES!! This year we are allowing volunteer workers and consignors to bring one immediate family member with them to the Pre-Sale to help them shop. This includes your husband or mother, not your best friend or sister. You may give your guest pass to your friend & meet them at the Guest Sale later in the evening.

Can I bring children to the Pre-Sale?

We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale because it is such a busy shopping night. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night out.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity clothing is not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also.

Are you accepting drop side cribs?

Due to the latest recall regulations by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, we will NOT be accepting ANY drop side cribs. We will also not accept any cribs manufactured before JUNE 2010. Your child's safety is very important to us!

Can I use wire hangers?

Use children's plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above. No wire hangers, please - they can snag and tear clothing! You are welcome to use the plastic hangers that stores use.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important!

When I price items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to stick the bar code label to the price tag. Do not stick it directly onto the bag. Then attach the price tag securely and place both item and tag inside the ziploc bag. Please make sure the price tag is visible.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We suggest you bring a laundry basket with your name on it. You can also bring a stroller. Large bags will need to be checked at the door.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $3.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziplock bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!

Can I enter additional batches?

Yes, you may enter additional batches until the specified cut-off date and time.

I don't smoke, but my husband does, what if there is a small amount of smoke odor in my children's clothing that I am bringing to sell?

We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
